The COMPACT water treatment systems are used for filtering the waste water of the production process. The waste water is collected in a reservoir (1), from here the water is pumped up to the clearance unit (2). A flocculant is added to the water (3).
The flocculant attaches to the floating sludge parts. This way the sludge sinks faster to the bottom of the clearance unit. For a optimal performance of the flocculant it is necessary to use it in the right composition and amount of it. Maveco is able to determine this by analyse a 5 liter sample of waste water.
The cleared water is ready to go back into production (4). The sludge gets pumped to a filter press (5). The press presses the remaining water out of the sludge. All that remains is a dry, square plate of sludge. The system is automatically managed by a PLC control unit.
The benefits of the Compact systems:
Maveco offers four types of water treatment systems. All have different capacity and size. This way Maveco is able to deliver a system that suits your needs.

Wall Cabin - Box engineering 41
The cabin must be placed within 2 meter of the working area were dust is produced. When the cabin is working the front wall of the cabin is covered by a water film, this flows from top to bottom into a reservoir. The cabin is equipped with 2 ventilators placed at the top, these ventilators suchs the air with dust particals into the cabin. The solid particles of dust are cached by the water film and falls down, together with the water, in to the reservoir. Inside the reservoir, an under water pump, allows the recirculation of the water. The water must be changed every 6 months. The ventilators directs the air trough filters and then outside.
