The Portick and Halfporticks are suitable for cutting marble, granite or similar material. The differences between the Porticks are the cutting depth, width and range.
For each Portick there are a number of options:
- profiling directly from the drawing
- programming for fully automated sawing
- a laser projector
Portick 1
- Saw Diameter 725 mm and 900 mm
- Cutting Depth 260 mm and 325 mm
- Saw head up to 45 degrees mitre
- Cutting Range 3500 x 1980 mm
- Moveable saw head over a fixed bridge with conduction, width 2100 mm
- Peripheral speed can be adjusted using inverters
- Height adjustment 750 mm, automatically adjustable
- Saw trolley is moveable, on rail length 6500 mm and is electric driven
HP 1/2
- Saw Diameter up to 600 mm
- Cutting Depth 200 mm
- Saw head up to 45 degrees mitre
- Cutting Range 3000 x 1500 mm
- Moveable saw head over a fixed bridge with conduction, width 1500 mm
- Peripheral speed can be adjusted using inverters
- Fixed bridge on one side supported
- Height adjustment 500 mm, automatically adjustable
- Cutting length 2500 mm, trolley is moveable on rail length 5000 mm and is electric driven
HP 3
- Saw Diameter 900 mm
- Cutting Depth up to 325 mm
- Saw head up to 45 degrees mitre
- Cutting Range 3000 x 1680 mm
- Moveable saw head over a fixed bridge with conduction, width 1500 mm
- Peripheral speed can be adjusted using inverters
- Fixed bridge on one side supported
- Height adjustment 750 mm, automatically adjustable
- 3000 mm sliding table length 6500 mm, is moveable on rails and electric driven
