The alignment laser is used to visualize where the saw kerfs gets cut by projecting a line. The lasers are mounted with a special clamp on the saw cover.

The laser barrier is widely applicable. Any machine that creates a potential hazard if it is in operation, can be equipped with the laser barrier. The projection columns can be mounted on the floor or against the wall. When the projected laser beams get interrupted, the machine automatically stops.


BLM D- This laser consists of two columns. These two columns must be mounted opposite of each other. The first column projects the beam to the second column (the reciever). With this laser barrier, protecting of one side of a machine is possible. The range of this laser is 30 meters.

BLM- This laser is identical to the BLM D, the only difference is that this laser has a maximum range of 60 meters.

This column is used in combination with the BLM and the BLM D. The column reflects laser beams at an angle, so it is possible to protect several sides of a machine.
 

The measuring systems can be used anywhere, indoor and outdoor. The system is compact so it is easy to transport them. This way you can use them on location. Difficult shapes are measured in a simple way.

Maveco has two different measuring systems in its range:

The 2D meter- The 2D measurement system is used in the interior and tombstone industry. Shapes are easily measured in 2D, and will be converted to a digital image. The digital image will serve as input for your stone processing machines.

The 3D meter- The 3D measurement system works the same way as the 2D meter. Except the 3D meter measures on three axes instead of two. The 3D meter is very useful for the monument industry because it digitalize complex shapes.
